Blair strives to provide a highly energetic and fun environment for children to learn and develop within teams and themselves.

Currently completing a PGDE In Primary Education he has many years working with children. Working both at home and abroad, Blair has worked within education, sports, and outdoor education. Blair has worked across the UK, in America and also in Malaysia. After studying Sports Therapy at University, Blair moved into working in education both in private schools and later within the state school sector. Blair developed his love for team building and outdoor education whilst doing Camp America, then working full time at a Summer Camp and Activity Centre before covid-19 cut his time there short.

Blair believes that every child has the ability to be both a strong leader, communicator and team member and BeComing Team Building was created to help develop that within schools.
